This is a new construction project for a warehouse and an office space with a total area of 63,000 sq. ft. The mechanical scope of works included plumbing, HAVC and fire suppressions systems.
To reduce the building heating cost (gas and electric bills), the wasted heat of the refrigerant equipment (Heat Reclaim) of the large freezer and coolers in the building has been utilized in the HVAC design.
