This is a new construction 4-storey wood framed hotel with many amenity spaces, restaurant and a swimming pool.

Project completed in 2013.

This is a new construction of large complex multi-phase buildings that included residential suites, public meeting rooms, restaurants, shops, and a swimming pool. The buildings are heated by a closed loop heat pump system. The mechanical design also included designing a hydronic snow melting system.

The hotel is located in Lloydminster, a small town at the border of Alberta and Saskatchewan.

The design of this project was completed in 2014.
